What this is
A free, non-commercial fan reimplementation of Supaplex (1991), made out of admiration for the original. Nothing is sold here and there is no advertising. Donations, if you choose to make one, cover the server and the domain — they buy you nothing and grant no privileges.
Rights in the original game
Supaplex © 1991 Digital Integration / Philip Jespersen & Michael Stopp. This project claims no rights over the original game, its levels, graphics or sound. Historic solutions belong to the players who recorded them. If a rights holder objects to anything here, write to us and we will act on it.
Accounts and leaderboards
An account is optional; the whole game is playable without one. Choose a name that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else — names that are will be changed or removed.
Every time on the leaderboards is proven by a replay the server re-simulates, so a made-up time cannot be submitted in the first place. Runs produced by automated play, by a modified client, or by any attempt to work around that check will be removed along with the account. Trying to overload the server is likewise not welcome.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of availability or of data preservation. It runs on one server, maintained by one person, in their spare time. Keep anything you care about: your record replays can be downloaded as .SP files at any time.
Changes
These terms may change as the project grows. Nothing here takes away any right you have by law.
